PrivacyPolicy
How Redrok Rally collects, uses and protects your information when you use this site or register for an event.
We only collect what we need to run the rally and get you on the trail.
Your details go to the service providers that process forms, payments and email, and nowhere else.
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe, at any time.

02Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, vehicle details, emergency contact and payment details when you register for an event, reserve a vendor space, apply for sponsorship, enter a raffle or use the contact form. Registration and vendor forms are hosted by Cognito Forms, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our site.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, through standard server logs and analytics cookies.
03How We Use It
- To process registrations, vendor reservations, sponsorships and raffle entries
- To assign guided rides and ride leaders and to send event details before the rally
- To respond to questions sent through the contact form or by email
- To send event updates and announcements you have signed up for; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To run and improve the website, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
04Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the event and the site, such as form and payment processors, email services and web hosting, and only as needed for those services. Ride leaders receive the participant details required to lead your group. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the safety of participants.
05Cookies and Third-Party Services
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. Pages also embed content from third parties, including YouTube videos, Google Maps and Cognito Forms, which may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
06Photos and Video
Photos and video are taken at our events and may be used on this site, on social media and in promotional material. If you would prefer not to appear in event media, tell a staff member at check-in or contact us.
07Data Retention and Security
We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the event, handle any follow-up and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
08Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email, by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

This site and our registration forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors attending the event must be registered by a parent or guardian.
